$52,000 Donation to Support Medical Education Around the World

Norfolk, Va. (March 2009) -- Brighton, a nationally-distributed accessories line, took
action towards the dream of peace by creating a limited-edition Dream Peace bracelet,
with a portion of proceeds from sale of the bracelet benefitting the Hampton Roads-
based charity Physicians for Peace. Physicians for Peace carries out medical
education, training and clinical care throughout the developing world.  The partnership
resulted in a $52,000 donation to the organization.

The limited-edition Dream Peace bracelet was available from January 16  to February
14, 2009 at national retailers, including a wide range of retailers in the Hampton Roads
area.  For every Dream Peace bracelet purchased at a Brighton Collectibles store,
Brighton donated up to $10 to one of four charities, chosen by the purchaser, which
shares Brighton consumers' vision of peace.  Brighton donated $5 for bracelets
purchased at participating retailers, and encouraged those retailers to match the
company's donation.
