Bringing best practices right to students' fingertips

In the Dominican Republic, Carlos Luis Jiménez Pena is an aspiring healthcare provider and a distance-learning program participant.

Distance learning allows Physicians for Peace to provide cost-effective interdisciplinary training to aspiring healthcare providers. All students receive periodic, hands-on training from Physicians for Peace educators to enhance their overall education. Because of the training, these students possess the skills to serve people with disabilities in their communities, and to share their knowledge with others.

Your gift of $100 supplies students in the O&P training and certification program with needed materials.

Through your generous gift, you help us tap into the human potential of every eager and willing health partner and patient - and you make this world a better, healthier and safer place for everyone.
